Common questions

Storage Containers FAQ

We offer 20 ft, 40 ft standard, and 40 ft high-cube containers. We source new (one-trip) and quality-inspected used units depending on your budget and intended use.
For most SW Florida counties, a storage-only container on private residential property does not require a permit. Rules vary by county and HOA. We provide permit guidance as part of every delivery quote.
Yes. Roll-up doors, side man-doors, and combination configurations are all available as upgrades. Great for easy daily access without swinging the full cargo doors.
We coordinate delivery, crane or tilt-bed offload, site leveling, and pad prep if needed. You do not need a forklift or special equipment on your end.
Corten steel is designed to resist corrosion. For long-term performance in coastal climates, we recommend a paint or sealed coating, which we include in our finish packages.
