I just had to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Seacoast Building and Design, and especially with Giancarlo Antonelli, the kind young man who helped me through it all. At my age—I'm 80 now—and not being very good with all this modern technology, it meant the world to have someone like Giancarlo by my side. After Hurricane Milton, I didn’t even realize my roof had been damaged. Giancarlo came to my door, pointed it out so kindly, and explained how my homeowner’s insurance might cover it. I would have never known! He took care of everything—he met with the insurance man, handled all the paperwork, and made sure I was taken care of. The only thing I had to pay was my deductible. I’ve dealt with many contractors in my lifetime, and let me tell you, none have been as professional, respectful, and hardworking as this group. The crew was just wonderful—so polite and tidy—and the whole process went smoother than I ever imagined. My new roof looks beautiful, and I feel so relieved knowing it’s all taken care of. I live in Lake Jovita in Dade City, and if Giancarlo ever comes to your door or gives you a call, I truly hope you’ll take the time to talk to him. He’s a rare kind of person who really cares. I’m so grateful he found me when he did.

We highly recommend Seacoast Building & Design! Their in-house extremely knowledgeable attorney helped settle our hurricane insurance claim. There was no waiting period to have our new Roser Barrel End metal roof installed! Installers were on time, efficient, hardworking and cleaned up each day. It was a pleasure to work with the project manager, Giancarlo (John Carlo) Antonelli. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and took time to check in with us through each step. He returned phone calls and emails promptly.

Following Hurricane Ian, it was determined that we needed our tile roof replaced. We did our homework and investigated various options. We decided that a metal roof was the best option, but liked the barrel tile look. We found several brands and obtained quotes, but after more research decided upon the Roser Cleo as the look we wanted. We called the manufacturer for dealer recommendations. They gave us several names, and after talking with Seacoast Building and Design, we chose them to install our stone-coated steel barrel tile. They worked with us on our timeline. The old roof was removed and “dried in” in one day. The new roof was begun within a few days. The entire project was completed from start to finish in less than a month. The workers were efficient and worked well with each other. Crew bosses were friendly and answered any questions we had and explained what and why things were done in a particular way. Pricing was fair and comparable to other roofs of this type. We have gotten multiple compliments on our roof. People find it difficult to believe it is metal and not tile! This company transformed a very sad-looking duplex in Lehigh Acres, into a beautiful updated duplex. We initially needed a new roof, soffit, and fascia installed after the hurricane, and the roof quality was outstanding. Talking with the company representative, Chandra, we decided to have the entire duplex painted and concrete driveways installed by Seacoast Building & Design. We live out of state, so this process was not easy, but Chandra made sure to keep us informed of every process of the changes.
