Adam Costa and Clear Dayland were very professional, helpful, courteous, and thorough in all details of our roof replacement project. Adam is very knowledgeable of all construction project nuances including building codes, and insurance adjuster interactions. The project took 2 weeks as promised. They completed our tile roof " on time" and "on budget". There was never any pressure to confirm the commission to install the new tile roof. Different tile roof samples were delivered, free of charge, with no commitments to proceed or use Seacoast as the final contractor.
