They exceeded expectations with neat work, clean up, and a great helpful attitude when explaining what was necessary and the choices. In the fall of 2024, the roof of my in-laws' home on Cardena Lane in Sarasota was damaged by Hurricane Milton. Greg Bertels of Seacoast Building & Design was their contractor. He was EXCELLENT! His communication was outstanding. He and his team took care of every detail, cleaned up efficiently, and the roof is beautiful. Don't hesitate to call Seacoast; they do not disappoint.

Let me begin my comments by saying that Seacoast, delivered on ALL promises made. They can be trusted and will deliver on their promises based on my experience with them. They completed our tile roof " on time" and "on budget". There was never any pressure to confirm the commission to install the new tile roof. Different tile roof samples were delivered, free of charge, with no commitments to proceed or use Seacoast as the final contractor. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship and the outstanding leadership from Giancarlo Antonelli of Seacoast Building and Design. We would highly recommend Seacoast Building and Design.

Seacoast Building & Design is a very professional, high-quality company for any job they take on. The company transformed a very sad-looking duplex in Lehigh Acres into a beautiful, updated duplex. We initially needed a new roof, soffit, and fascia installed after the hurricane, and the roof quality was outstanding. Talking with the company representative, Chandra, we decided to have the entire duplex painted and concrete driveways installed by Seacoast Building & Design. We live out of state, so this process was not easy, but Chandra made sure to keep us informed of every step of the changes. Our roof was done in a timely manner. We were pleased. After a few weeks, a white substance began to show over much of the mocha colored roof. Even neighbors mentioned that they felt something was not right. Our seacoast representative called it effluorescence And said rain would wash it right away. It is seven months now… Our roof does not look new. Repeated calls brought Tile and building reps out. We were told it would be cleaned some time ago—no sign of follow-through. We are disappointed and frustrated…

Following Hurricane Ian, it was determined that we needed our tile roof replaced. We did our homework and investigated various options. We decided that a metal roof was the best option, but liked the barrel tile look. We found several brands and obtained quotes, but after more research decided upon the Roser Cleo as the look we wanted. We called the manufacturer for dealer recommendations. They gave us several names, and after talking with Seacoast Building and Design, we chose them to install our stone-coated steel barrel tile. They worked with us on our timeline. The old roof was removed and “dried in” in one day. The new roof was begun within a few days. The entire project was completed from start to finish in less than a month. The workers were efficient and worked well with each other. Crew bosses were friendly and answered any questions we had and explained what and why things were done in a particular way. Pricing was fair and comparable to other roofs of this type. We have gotten multiple compliments on our roof. People find it difficult to believe it is metal and not tile! Seacoast was great. We had them help them with our insurance claim. Most of our neighbors had to pay out-of-pocket. I didn't come up with all of the FUNDS. We had everything taken care of. Everything was nice and easy. Mike was great and we would highly recommend them to anyone else.
