I just had to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Seacoast Building and Design, and especially with Giancarlo Antonelli, the kind young man who helped me through it all. At my age—I'm 80 now—and not being very good with all this modern technology, it meant the world to have someone like Giancarlo by my side. I’ve dealt with many contractors in my lifetime, and let me tell you, none have been as professional, respectful, and hardworking as this group. The crew was just wonderful—so polite and tidy—and the whole process went smoother than I ever imagined. My new roof looks beautiful, and I feel so relieved knowing it’s all taken care of.

Following Hurricane Ian, it was determined that we needed our tile roof replaced. We did our homework and investigated various options. We decided that a metal roof was the best option, but liked the barrel tile look. We found several brands and obtained quotes, but after more research decided upon the Roser Cleo as the look we wanted. We called the manufacturer for dealer recommendations. They gave us several names, and after talking with Seacoast Building and Design, we chose them to install our stone-coated steel barrel tile. They worked with us on our timeline. The old roof was removed and “dried in” in one day. The new roof was begun within a few days. The entire project was completed from start to finish in less than a month. The workers were efficient and worked well with each other. Crew bosses were friendly and answered any questions we had and explained what and why things were done in a particular way. Pricing was fair and comparable to other roofs of this type. We have gotten multiple compliments on our roof. People find it difficult to believe it is metal and not tile! It was our lucky day when Giancarlo Antonelli stopped by to ask if we wanted an estimate for our pool cage recently destroyed by Hurricane Milton. I have heard so many contractor horror stories from others with storm damage. Our experience with Giancarlo and Seacoast has been just the opposite. He has kept us informed every step of the way on our paver installation and lanai cage. They turned out beautiful and the pool cage looks like it is made to last. Mr. Antonelli's knowledge and oversight on our projects have been first-rate, and we could not be happier with his service on the estimates and projects. They are absolutely phenomenal, If I could give them 10 stars I would. They told me the roof would be done within 30 days after I gave my down payment and they got my roof done in 17 days! Top tier excellent work, no hiccups, and efficient clean up!
