Seacoast replaced a tile roof with Roser metal material that resembles barrel tile. The product looks great. From beginning to end Seacoast process was efficient &professional. The sales rep worked to get specs & contract terms finalized timely. The project coordinator did an excellent job communicating and scheduling material, and work crews. Tear-off crew was efficient, protected my property & cleaned the site. The install crew was very good. Their gutter subcontractor was equally good & efficient. I was impressed with the remediation when a small leak was discovered. The crew was out the next day. Finally, the owner visited to verify work was done to his standards & my satisfaction.
