We live out of state, so this process was not easy, but Chandra made sure to keep us informed of every step of the changes. He explored every option, even recommending specialized third-party estimating services to break the impasse in negotiations. Seacoast's estimate was detailed and thorough, covering a complete roof replacement, interior repairs, and other critical items the insurer initially excluded, resulting in a final approved scope exceeding $100,000. They were an exceptional company that installed new roofs, carports, gutters, and soffits for the 52 units in my association in Fort Myers, FL. They were professional, neat, and clean every day his workers cleaned up. They worked from morning until into the dark on the roofs. I even watched them continue to work in the rain.
