It was our lucky day when Giancarlo Antonelli stopped by to ask if we wanted an estimate for our pool cage recently destroyed by Hurricane Milton. I have heard so many contractor horror stories from others with storm damage. Our experience with Giancarlo and Seacoast has been just the opposite. He has kept us informed every step of the way on our paver installation and lanai cage. They turned out beautiful and the pool cage looks like it is made to last. Mr. Antonelli's knowledge and oversight on our projects have been first-rate, and we could not be happier with his service on the estimates and projects. Let me begin my comments by saying that Seacoast, delivered on ALL promises made. They can be trusted and will deliver on their promises based on my experience with them. They completed our tile roof " on time" and "on budget". There was never any pressure to confirm the commission to install the new tile roof. Different tile roof samples were delivered, free of charge, with no commitments to proceed or use Seacoast as the final contractor. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship and the outstanding leadership from Giancarlo Antonelli of Seacoast Building and Design. We would highly recommend Seacoast Building and Design.

I needed a new roof after Hurricane Ian. I didn't know any roofers but Seacoast was replacing 20 other homes in my neighborhood, I met with Joe and then Clear the owner. They were amazing at first my insurance didn't cover the cost of the replacement but Seacoast said they would work with the insurance company and it worked out. Everyone was professional and were quick to respond to any concerns. They showed up and worked 12-hour days. They installed my roof soffits and gutters. The workers cleaned up at the end of the day. I have referred this company to other individual homeowners as well as condo associations. The first association was 52 units and they did roofs, carports, storage closets, soffits, and gutters. All the homeowners were pleased with their work. Then I referred to another association with 120 units they did roofs, carports, storage closets, gutters, and soffits. They chose them because of my referral as well as competitive pricing. They are an exceptional company you will be quite pleased with their work ethic, pricing, and finished product.

Adam Costa and Clear Dayland were very professional, helpful, courteous, and thorough in all details of our roof replacement project. Adam is very knowledgeable of all construction project nuances including building codes, and insurance adjuster interactions. The project took 2 weeks as promised. The various specialist work crews worked very well together. They were impressive to watch. The worksite was always in good order with no overnight dumpsters, or material handling equipment. We recommend Seacoast without reservation. We observed several roof replacement projects in our neighborhood over the last 6 weeks and Seacoast’s performance was outstanding. They did exactly what they said they would do in the way they said they would do it.

I just had to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Seacoast Building and Design, and especially with Giancarlo Antonelli, the kind young man who helped me through it all. After Hurricane Milton, I didn’t even realize my roof had been damaged. Giancarlo came to my door, pointed it out so kindly, and explained how my homeowner’s insurance might cover it. I would have never known! He took care of everything—he met with the insurance man, handled all the paperwork, and made sure I was taken care of. The only thing I had to pay was my deductible. I’ve dealt with many contractors in my lifetime, and let me tell you, none have been as professional, respectful, and hardworking as this group. The crew was just wonderful—so polite and tidy—and the whole process went smoother than I ever imagined. My new roof looks beautiful, and I feel so relieved knowing it’s all taken care of. They were an exceptional company that installed new roofs, carports, gutters, and soffits for the 52 units in my association in Fort Myers, FL.
