We highly recommend Seacoast Building & Design! Their in-house extremely knowledgeable attorney helped settle our hurricane insurance claim. There was no waiting period to have our new Roser Barrel End metal roof installed! Installers were on time, efficient, hardworking and cleaned up each day. It was a pleasure to work with the project manager, Giancarlo (John Carlo) Antonelli. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and took time to check in with us through each step. He returned phone calls and emails promptly.

Let me begin my comments by saying that Seacoast, delivered on ALL promises made. They can be trusted and will deliver on their promises based on my experience with them. They completed our tile roof " on time" and "on budget". There was never any pressure to confirm the commission to install the new tile roof. Different tile roof samples were delivered, free of charge, with no commitments to proceed or use Seacoast as the final contractor. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship and the outstanding leadership from Giancarlo Antonelli of Seacoast Building and Design. We would highly recommend Seacoast Building and Design.

After Hurricane Milton, I didn’t even realize my roof had been damaged. Giancarlo came to my door, pointed it out so kindly, and explained how my homeowner’s insurance might cover it. Our roof was done in a timely manner. We were pleased. After a few weeks, a white substance began to show over much of the mocha colored roof. Even neighbors mentioned that they felt something was not right. Our seacoast representative called it effluorescence And said rain would wash it right away. It is seven months now… Our roof does not look new. Repeated calls brought Tile and building reps out. We were told it would be cleaned some time ago—no sign of follow-through. We are disappointed and frustrated…
