They are absolutely phenomenal, If I could give them 10 stars I would. They told me the roof would be done within 30 days after I gave my down payment and they got my roof done in 17 days! Top tier excellent work, no hiccups, and efficient clean up!
Seacoast Building & Design is a very professional and quality company for any job they perform for you. This company transformed a very sad-looking duplex in Lehigh Acres, into a beautiful updated duplex. We initially needed a new roof, soffit, and fascia installed after the hurricane, and the quality of the roof was outstanding. Talking with the company representative, Chandra, we decided to have the entire duplex painted and concrete driveways installed by Seacoast Building & Design. We live out of state, so this process was not easy, but Chandra made sure to keep us informed of every process of the changes. If you are looking for an excellent company that represents quality and professionalism, I highly recommend Seacoast Building & Design.
Seacoast replaced a tile roof with Roser metal material that resembles barrel tile. The product looks great. From beginning to end Seacoast process was efficient &professional. The sales rep worked to get specs & contract terms finalized timely. The project coordinator did an excellent job communicating and scheduling material, and work crews. Tear-off crew was efficient, protected my property & cleaned the site. The install crew was very good. Their gutter subcontractor was equally good & efficient. I was impressed with the remediation when a small leak was discovered. The crew was out the next day. Finally, the owner visited to verify work was done to his standards & my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend
This company is fabulous! They installed a Stone Coast Metal Roof Barrel Tile color Mission Red roof. They also rebuilt my exterior wall that fell down during the hurricane in 2 days. I get compliments from my neighbors all the time. The company always answered their phone and provided ideas of design looks from my home, interior, and exterior. The cost was reasonable and highly recommended by other homeowners. As complicated as I can be, I highly recommend this company for anything you need for your home design and roofing.
