1. Flat Roof is 20-year NDL (Premium warranty) labor & material. 2. All other roofing material is a 5-year standard labor and Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty. 3. Extended warranties are available upon request.

Yes. Seacoast has a long-term relationship with Florida insurance adjusters, third-party adjusters, appraisers, architects, engineers, and attorneys. These teams of professionals are cost-efficient and provide an exceptional level of service.

1. Exterior - Our team protects your property to make sure your home, outdoor furniture, plants, pool, lanai, trees, lawn, etc. is secure during the construction process. 2. Interior - Our team covers the home and flooring in plastic for protection during the construction process, including erecting plastic dust stops in open passways. 3. We will point out what valuables must be stored away, including wall hangings to prevent them from falling. 4. Our crew consistently reviews the construction site for removal of material, nails, and trash to be picked up around home or business to avoid hazards.

Payments for remodeling or any other project are due whenever each stage of the official scope of work is completed. The duration of each stage of work is unique for each project.
