At my age—I'm 80 now—and not being very good with all this modern technology, it meant the world to have someone like Giancarlo by my side. After Hurricane Milton, I didn’t even realize my roof had been damaged. Giancarlo came to my door, pointed it out so kindly, and explained how my homeowner’s insurance might cover it. Seacoast was great. We had them help them with our insurance claim. Most of our neighbors had to pay out-of-pocket. I didn't come up with all of the FUNDS. We had everything taken care of. Everything was nice and easy. Mike was great and we would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Our roof was done in a timely manner. We were pleased. After a few weeks, a white substance began to show over much of the mocha colored roof. Even neighbors mentioned that they felt something was not right. Our seacoast representative called it effluorescence And said rain would wash it right away. It is seven months now… Our roof does not look new. Repeated calls brought Tile and building reps out. We were told it would be cleaned some time ago—no sign of follow-through. We are disappointed and frustrated…

Adam Costa and Clear Dayland were very professional, helpful, courteous, and thorough in all details of our roof replacement project. Adam is very knowledgeable of all construction project nuances including building codes, and insurance adjuster interactions. The project took 2 weeks as promised. The various specialist work crews worked very well together. They were impressive to watch. The worksite was always in good order with no overnight dumpsters, or material handling equipment. We recommend Seacoast without reservation. We observed several roof replacement projects in our neighborhood over the last 6 weeks and Seacoast’s performance was outstanding. Seacoast replaced a tile roof with Roser metal material that resembles barrel tile. The product looks great. From beginning to end Seacoast process was efficient &professional. The sales rep worked to get specs & contract terms finalized timely. The project coordinator did an excellent job communicating and scheduling material, and work crews. Tear-off crew was efficient, protected my property & cleaned the site. The install crew was very good. Their gutter subcontractor was equally good & efficient. I was impressed with the remediation when a small leak was discovered. The crew was out the next day. Finally, the owner visited to verify work was done to his standards & my satisfaction. This company is fabulous! They installed a Stone Coast Metal Roof Barrel Tile color Mission Red roof. They also rebuilt my exterior wall that fell down during the hurricane in 2 days. I get compliments from my neighbors all the time. The company always answered their phone and provided ideas of design looks from my home, interior, and exterior. The cost was reasonable and highly recommended by other homeowners. As complicated as I can be, I highly recommend this company for anything you need for your home design and roofing.

Following Hurricane Ian, it was determined that we needed our tile roof replaced. We did our homework and investigated various options. We decided that a metal roof was the best option, but liked the barrel tile look. We found several brands and obtained quotes, but after more research decided upon the Roser Cleo as the look we wanted. We called the manufacturer for dealer recommendations. They gave us several names, and after talking with Seacoast Building and Design, we chose them to install our stone-coated steel barrel tile. They worked with us on our timeline. The old roof was removed and “dried in” in one day. The new roof was begun within a few days. The entire project was completed from start to finish in less than a month. The workers were efficient and worked well with each other. Crew bosses were friendly and answered any questions we had and explained what and why things were done in a particular way. Pricing was fair and comparable to other roofs of this type. We have gotten multiple compliments on our roof. People find it difficult to believe it is metal and not tile! Thank you Seacoast for a job well done! We will definitely recommend you.

They were an exceptional company that installed new roofs, carports, gutters, and soffits for the 52 units in my association in Fort Myers, FL. I needed a new roof after Hurricane Ian. I didn't know any roofers but Seacoast was replacing 20 other homes in my neighborhood, I met with Joe and then Clear the owner. They were amazing at first my insurance didn't cover the cost of the replacement but Seacoast said they would work with the insurance company and it worked out. Everyone was professional and were quick to respond to any concerns. They showed up and worked 12-hour days. They installed my roof soffits and gutters. The workers cleaned up at the end of the day. I have referred this company to other individual homeowners as well as condo associations. The first association was 52 units and they did roofs, carports, storage closets, soffits, and gutters. All the homeowners were pleased with their work. Then I referred to another association with 120 units they did roofs, carports, storage closets, gutters, and soffits. They chose them because of my referral as well as competitive pricing. They are an exceptional company you will be quite pleased with their work ethic, pricing, and finished product.
